Anne Phung Nguyen
Anne Phung Nguyen is my name. I'm Vietnamese American Entrepreneur living in Orange County California. My incredible partner JP as well as my happiest Dad Henry are also part of our family. My followers are mostly on my Instagram account @annephung. This is where I share my tale of highs, lows, and everything in between. At the age of 1 and a half years old My family and I came from the United States to America. If it wasn't due to the dedication of my parents I might not even be here today sharing the journey with people like you. My parents were the source of my inspiration and helped me to become successful. In my mind, I knew what the plan was for my future. You go to college and get a degree. Wed. Buy a house. Create children. The lifestyle I had thought I would have was not what it turned into. The year 2013 brought me to the realization that I disliked my corporate position. Even though the compensation and position was good, I didn't feel like it was fulfilling. Instead I felt that I was simply doing nothing but wasting time. My love of fitness and my love of socializing with others led me to pursue a new career as a personal trainer. In 2014, I founded my small company and I will celebrate my 7th year anniversary by 2021. There are few Asian females working in the field. As coach, my mission is to encourage people to lead a healthy and fulfilled life through creating sustainable lifestyles that cater to the individual's goals and needs. Also, I'm dedicated to empowering others so they can achieve their goals, pursue their passions and live your life to the fullest. As I started my career, the death of my mother was the biggest loss to me. After an eight-year struggle with the disease, she is currently resting in Heaven. I am forever grateful to her and will always keep her in my thoughts as well as my heart. Life's lessons often go unnoticed however they are very beneficial. The death of my mother has changed my life in a profound way and I believe she gave me a second chance at life. Her death occurred in the morning of Tet/Lunar New Year Day. This was her moment to start her new journey. I got my second chance to live a happy and fulfilled life. The 30's are the only that I truly feel like I am alive. My intention in sharing my experience is to inform you that you're not the only one. I hope that you believe that love is real and that therapy can be common. Your health is truly your greatest asset. I pray that you live the life you want to live and end it without regrets because death is the only thing that is promised to the people in our lives.
